380J-3 series diesel engine sets are composed of 380C diesel engine and SCG025 and ZF12M gearbox. The engine sets have been found in accordance of lifeboat rules GB11868-89 《Diesel engine set for lifeboat》IMO《Testing of lift-Saving appliances》Resolution MSC81(70)and”SOLAS”(1997).The engine sets have passed the type approved of “CCS”、“NK”“BV”“DNV”“ABS”“RS”and“EC”and can be used as the main engine for lifeboat and auxiliary engine for all kinds of small boat.
